At AmeroHome, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
